The Space:  
  
This Scottsdale private vacation retreat combines 1 Main home and a Casita vacation home on large lot, a great place to stay for an extended family, couples, groups of friends, or golf trips. Delivering just the right combination of togetherness and privacy!  
  
Inside this Scottsdale retreat, you will find it ideally suited for entertaining. The big house features 2 living areas and a movie theater room. Easily entertain your guest while taking in your favorite sports team or movie.   
  
The Main House offers 6 stylish and well appointed bedrooms that are separate and spacious. The upstairs master bedroom features a 2 door walk in closet and beautifully appointed en-suite. Down the hall on the main floor you will find 2 queen bedrooms. Just across the hallway is a full bath and a half bath. Downstairs you will find another master suite with king bed and private bathroom. The next room is a queen bedroom with a full bath just across the hall. The last bedroom downstairs has 2 more beds.  
  
The Guest House features a fabulous large kitchen area that opens up into the living area. Here you can play pool and just hang out away from the main house. The living area is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and a 60"" TV. Each bedroom is separate and spacious. The first bedroom is a master suite with a spacious floor plan featuring a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is also an additional washer and dryer located in the space.  
  
Both homes each feature their own beautifully appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The main house seats 8 people for dining and comes complete with pots, pans, bake ware, utensils, dishes and glasses for indoors and out. There is a Wolf gas range and a large capacity Sub-Zero refrigerator.   
  
Open up the large sliding doors and walk outside, where you can bring the inside outside. There is plenty of seating and is great for entertaining guest by the grill or fireplace. Enjoy an abundance of outdoor space with numerous sets of outdoor tables & chairs for dining, sunning and conversation. The private backyard oasis is perfect for laying out in the Scottsdale sunshine, floating in the large, sparkling pool or sitting around the fire pit with cocktails, catching up with friends. There are 3 putting greens located in the backyard for you to test your skills before heading out to the course.   
  
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.  
  
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000\. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

A group of guys went down for a golf trip and this fulfilled our needs with space, beds, and bathrooms. Outside space was great. Hot tub was a little disappointing…other than that we had a great time, great hosts, and everything we needed!

#### Happy home, minor issues

We loved this home! There were however a few things that might have got missed between stays. The trash was already full when we got there so there was no where for us to really put trash at so we ended up taking it to a friends house that lived a couple minutes away and piling up the bags in the trash already there which we felt horrible about.. the hot-tub was half full and dirty when we arrived, there was glass shattered by the pool and a ton of leaves fell into the pool as well and all over the patio area. (natures fault of course, but also hadn’t been cleaned off in awhile) This is a super popular home but looks like a family was there before us with popsicle sticks around the yard and in the house in the couch and movie seats, fruit roll up wrappers and the walls and floor were pretty scratched up. Plus I’m assuming the Arizona weather makes everyone turn the water heater down so we didn’t get a hot shower in the main house. HOWEVER the property managers came over within 10 minutes of us calling about the glass and hottub, made sure to get someone out there the next morning, they cleaned the hot tub out completely and worked on the pool and had landscapers there to clean it up. Minor details of this place made it sad to see such a beautiful home be in a current state, but the management team was awesome and I loved this home. Favorite part is the heated pool and the awesome slide!!!!

Overall, great house and trip. Interior of home was excellent and as described. Given the number of people the property accommodates the kitchen pots, pans etc… didn’t match up, made cooking a bit of a challenge. Outdoor area, pool and patio were awesome. They need to invest in some basic landscaping clean up as there is basically a tree limb dumping ground on part of the yard.

We had such an amazing time staying here while on our golf trip. The property was exactly as advertised. A great property that has everything we needed for a week of fun and relaxation with family and friends. The pool was a big hit for all ages. Glad we paid to heat the pool, the temp was perfect. The casita was a big hit for the kids. Nice golf course right down the road. A short drive to Old Town Scottsdale - great shopping, restaurants,etc. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We played a soccer tournament in Scottsdale and stayed here. The place was awesome. Easily had room for our whole team. We came down in January and even though it was below 40 most nights we were able to have the pool heated and still enjoy it. We have come down to Arizona a few years in a row now and this is the first location we are considering using again! The property management was excellent and easy to work with

#### Arizona Dream House

We loved our time at this property. We hardly wanted to leave and explore the city because there was so much to do at the house. The whole family was in the beautiful pool every day. There was so much space between the main house and casita that our group of 14 didn’t feel cramped. The location was ideal with so much shopping close by and quick access to the freeway. We had a maintenance issue but felt the management responded to it in a very timely manner. Communication with management was always quick and easy. It would have been nice if they put a couple of kitchen staples in there like salt and pepper but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans,We hope to return to this property again soon and would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of space and wonderfully decorated. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our down time. The waterfall from the slide and the outdoor social space felt great. House and Home were a great host and very responsive to any questions.

Look no further, this home has everything you need! Stayed here comfortably with 17 friends for my bachelorette, where we spent most of our time lounging in the pool (photos don’t do it justice!) this house exceeded our needs! #### Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental with a group of 17 people, ranging in age from 6 to 70\. The property is wonderfully spread out, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. The pool and bar area were a highlight for both the kids and adults, especially the slide and the relaxing hot tub, conveniently located away from the house. The movie room was another big hit for everyone. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We did encounter a couple of issues—one with the outdoor bar fridges not working and another with a leak in the downstairs bathroom. However, the management team was incredibly responsive. A technician fixed the fridge the next day, and a plumber came out promptly the following morning to address the leak. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently these issues were handled. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this rental for large groups looking for a spacious and enjoyable retreat.
