My husband and I stayed 27 days and enjoyed the central location near everything in Fountain Hills, and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Mesa/Red Mountain and the ASU campus to visit our grandson. Each day we were out exploring the gorgeous Fountain Hills area and nearby communities of Rio Verde and Tonto Verde and play golf at the nearby courses of Desert Canyon and WaKaPoh. We appreciated the clean and comfortable efficiency unit to come back to at night. Perfect place for my wife and I to stay. We were visiting family in Fountain Hills, it was a quick drive to their place. The room had everything we needed for the week we were there. Excellent interaction with the hosts. We were traveling from the mid-west via Amtrak and were able to get all the details arranged before we left for the three day train trip.
