You'll love relaxing at this home on the corner, whether it's indoors in the cooling central air conditioning or outside in your private hot tub. The pool is also calling your name. (You have the option to heat the pool for an added fee.) Cooking together is easy with a well-equipped full kitchen, including full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar low enough to hold a conversation with everyone playing a round on the pool table. If you're feeling like something with a little more space, take dinner outside with the help of your gas grill. The furnished backyard, surrounded by greenery and spaces to sit in the shade, may become your favorite place to chat with a cool beverage. Rest easy at night in curated bedrooms, each with mounted TVs and ceiling fans. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a private entrance to the deck and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you'll be a short drive away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held annually, is just down the road. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: There is only one surveillance camera on the property, and it is at the side of the house facing the gate door. This camera points toward the driveway/side of the house and does not record sound, but it is always running. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. A couple concerns surfaced that we wish could have been better. 1). The hot tub water level wasn’t filled up high enough to allow for a proper operation. After multiple calls and some effort on our part, we located a hose and filled it to a proper level. Unfortunately we were unable to use it the first night. 2). There was a plastic sheet on the queen bed. This made it too noisy to sleep comfortably. After a poor night’s sleep, the plastic was removed and sleep improved - although the bed remained somewhat uncomfortable. ##### Steven R. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale. ##### David S. I was worried after seeing a couple reviews. I got this place because I wanted an option for the hot tub. Some said it was not full or clean. Water was a little low in day one. I didn't say anything. But day two someone had come and filled it. The pool was amazing. We found a lot of pool toys in a shead. The pool table was also a great thing for when it was too hot outside.
