My family and I were down visiting family and we decided to stay here since there wasn't enough room at my parents house. It was a great choice. The house was everthing the description laid out and more. Very clean, modern, in great condition. Location was convenient as well.Chelsea our property manager was very friendly, prompt in returning my texts and proactive. Comfortable and fully stocked with anything you may need. The interior of the home is clean and well maintained. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would suggest more frequent maintenance to the back yard amenities. The outdoor kitchen wood bar needs to be replaced. The wood is popping up. Unfortunately the heater went out and we did not get to use the hot tub and bared the cold water of the pool. You absolutely need to pay extra to heat the pool to enjoy it. It is freezing. The home was gorgeous and the owner was very responsive. The communication with the property management company wasn't great. I had emailed a few questions and it took roughly 3 emails to get my question answered and then it was answered differently by 3 different people that responded at different times. However, don't let that detract from the home. Great location in a gated community. For the time of year we traveled, we did opt for heating the pool for our stay and it worked out perfectly. The putting & chipping was perfect for our teenage boy. The outdoor area was a haven and so relaxing with everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay in Surprise.
