This is a great place! It was within a 5-minute walk of the nearby grocery store and other shops, and the property itself felt very secure, with a locked front gate, locked door into the building, and a security door and number code on the apartment itself. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable.
My only note isn't something the owners have control over, but wanted to mention it so people are aware: The front of the building and courtyard seem to be in some sort of "dead zone" for Uber. Any time I tried summoning an Uber while in the courtyard or near the front of the building, the app would give me errors saying it couldn't reach the servers; Google Maps did similar things. I had 5G data access, and tried updating my phone and apps, with no luck. When I left the apartment to head to the airport, I had to call the Uber using the apartment's wifi, then hurry down the elevator, drop off the key in the box, and then out to the curb right as the driver was arriving. So it all worked out, it just made it a challenge.
Overall, though, I definitely recommend this property!
