Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request.

Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.

Neighbourly Consideration:
Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone`s enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You`ll find units in both the living area and all three bedrooms for your convenience.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones? We`ve got you covered! Highchairs and cots are available for hire. Just remember to bring your own cot linen for your baby`s comfort.

Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest`s expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

Pet-friendly Property:
A pet fee of $22 per day applies, payable prior to your stay. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and cared for during your visit. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for the property.

Parking Information:
The property includes a 2 secure car bays.

Guest Portal & Online Check-in: Once your booking is confirmed, you`ll receive a link within your confirmation message to complete the online check-in. You’ll be required to:

Australian Wildlife & Nature: Living in Australia means sharing space with native creatures, including ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes and spiders, particularly in warmer months. While we implement regular cleaning, pest control, and secure food storage, an occasional visitor may appear. If this happens, let us know, and we’ll assist as best we can.

Snakes: Although uncommon, snakes may be spotted in natural areas like parks, bushland, and along the riverbanks. They avoid human interaction, and local wildlife services are available if one needs relocating.

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:

No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.

No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.

Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.

Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
