Every room is exceptional with high end finishes and furnishings throughout including in-wall wireless Sonos system in each room, and the amazing main fireplace. The location is a perfect balance between downtown and the mountain. Walk into the bottom of main street PC was under 10 minutes and the base for PCM was an easy 4-5 minute walk down hill. There is a narrow trail off of King's Crown run that you can ski into the home from. It is easily found, but slightly challenging to navigate due to being a little narrow. Our group utilized this each day, and most of us would make the short hike up to start. ##### Andrew P. An easy walk to the Park City ski lifts and an easy walk to downtown. The house is spacious and well designed to all of the small details. Large TV's in every bedroom. A world class Jacuzzi. A kitchen design by and furnished by a cook. The gas fireplace is a delight and gathering point. All of the furnishings were first class and contemporary.
