The property manager was very responsive. The building and amenities like the pool, tiki bar, and sand washing stations were very nice and clean. Residents and other guests were family-friendly. The security team always seemed attentive and present, so we felt safe. Not our favorite area of PCB so be sure to always check Google maps street view so you are aware of what's around the building before you book, but we felt for the price, it was great condo and we had a great time. We did recommend some basic updates to the property manager such as a newer TV for the bedroom and newer patio cushions. If you don't want to spend tons of money and want a nice beach and pool access and still feel safe, then I would recommend this place. The tiki bar was fun to hang out at. There's a little restaurant on site, Bikini Bobs, that has great snacks, 6.00 burgers, 2.00 beers and cheap cocktails. Walking distance to so many other places. It's an older place but clean. Good choice if you're on a budget or just thrifty like me.p.s. Bring extra bath towels and your own beach towels, plus maybe extra laundry soap. ##### rebecca m. The worst part was when we got there the room was very hot. I called the number and we had to wait for a maitance person to come and look at it. He said they knew the thermostat was bad and so he had to go to Walmart and then come fix it. After driving 10 hours and then another 4 hours for air to be fixed wasn't a great impression.
