Nice spot and clean!
We had a nice stay. Property was clean and walkable to many places. Only feedback would be a check out time of 11am. 10am is to early/rushed. Thanks!

Noisy location / Cheap furniture and poorly equipped
This newish condo in northern palm springs has good bathrooms/showers and a decent kitchen. However the furniture and equipment were very cheap. The mattresses were very unstructured cheap foam mattresses that were very uncomfortable, and I had to use a pillow from the couch to replace the bed pillows supplued which were bamboo and cheap foam. Basically the cheapest stuff you could buy to turn this into a rental quickly. The dressers had drawers that did not open easily, and there was basically too much furniture crammed into the relatively small space of the bedrooms and the living room. The sectional in the LR was decent but too big for the space, blocking the sliders and forcing the dining table into a corner. The ktichen was lacking a lot of basic equipment -- only four of each plate and bowl, no bake ware or roasting pans, no grill brush to clean the grill, no colander, minimum pots and pans etc. You really could not expect to cook your meals here. The location is smack on Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon and so even with the windows shut tight you should expecta good amount of traffic noise at all times in this unit. The two tvs in the bedrooms were not hooked up to cable / smart tvs but no method of connecting to the internet / not equipped correctly and so even streaming services were a pain to figure out. The tv in the Living Room is the only one with cable Wireless password and instructions incorrect in manual and check in note -- took an hour to resolve
