    Great cabin downtown Pagosa Springs
We enjoyed our stay a lot . The entry door/key was a problem. Once we used the code you provided we could relook the door from the outside. I talked with the local housekeeper who helped me open a lockbox which provided me a key. Worked well until we had to leave since the lady instructed me to leave the key inside upon departure-this I had to leave with the cabin unlocked. This needs to be remedied

    Poorly managed property
Traveler beware: Sheets were unwashed and covered with human hair and pet hair. Pulled out a towel for a shower and out came a bug. Sat down on the couch and was covered in dog hair. So, naturally I called the management company…and called…and finally the day after we left, they called us back. I was told “it wasn’t that bad.” Property needs some major tlc- bedding, mattresses and furniture are all old and smell of dog. Home is not in a quiet location but rather, located right next to a major bridge. Find a different place to stay, hopefully not managed by Vacasa.

    Great getaway
The home was very clean and the river is right outside the back door. I only did 3 stars on accuracy of listing because the furniture downstairs was completely different and on location only because there is a main road right next to the house. Other than that, it was a great stay, definitely recommend this place and would book it again.

    Great House, Great Location
Everything inside was in good, clean condition, except for a few broken tiles on the downstairs fireplace and bathroom. The outside was neglected: porches and steps needed cleaning and a little sealer; basic landscaping would have helped to enjoy both being outside and the view of the river.

    Uncomfortable
The beds are horrible. One the mattresses (if you call it that) was maybe 6” thick on a board. The other was not comfy either. Furniture needs to be replaced - couldn’t sit in n it for long . Sofa in living room sags down, bar chairs are broken.

Great getaway for hiking near Pagosa Springs
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy mountain cabin. The house provides everything needed for a relaxing stay and for cooking some meals at home. The kitchen has everything needed. The mattress in the smaller bedroom upstairs needs replacing. Renters should also be aware that there is a little traffic noise from the overpass nearby, although there is minimal traffic flow most of the time. Otherwise, the sound of the river is great and we had a lovely time!
