The reservation ended up being double-booked, which created a huge headache for my family. We were left stranded late at night and had to scramble to find last-minute accommodations because the host dropped the ball. The floor was filthy with debris all over the hard floors and urine spots and odors on the carpet. The bathrooms were gross. The couches were also covered in debris and dirt. They also didn't provide hand soap for any of the sinks.
