This beautiful townhome is located in a gated community with a community pool and hot tub just 100 steps from the front door. It is perfectly positioned away from the hustle of most beach communities, yet close enough to take advantage of all of the activities. The private back patio set up to enjoy the beautiful weather in Oceanside. It is only 5 miles from some of the best beaches in Southern California. San Diego and all of its fun activities are only 30 miles south.
Private entry and completely furnished with new furniture in both bedrooms and living room. Private back yard. Garage for 2 cars. Community Pool & Hot Tub within 100 steps of the front door.

Great long term stay
This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 to stay while our house was going through a major renovation. It’s in a great location convenient to stores, entertainment and beaches. There were a couple of downsides. The first being that the day we were checking in we were told that we would not be able to park our 2nd vehicle on site. Even though it’s advertised as having 2 parking spots. The owners car is permanently in the garage. This was definitely problematic and extremely annoying as we are a 2 vehicle family. The second downside was the kitchen products on hand. This unit is a min of 30 days stay. There are only 2 dinner forks, a handful of kids size forks. The pots and pans are very limited and all small. There are no mixing bowls/large bowls to prepare dishes in. These things aside, my family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
