This condo has a lot of extras like beach chairs and wagon, beach/pool/grass toys, beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls. One of three community pools is right beside the building and there are three tennis courts nearby. There is also a private oceanfront pool and beach access for Starboard owners and guests that is an easy walk from the condo. The family room and dining area are centrally located around three bedrooms, two full baths and the kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom with two double beds and the hall. There is a large outdoor deck with chairs that overlook the pool and tennis courts. There is a back balcony that overlooks the large, open field. The building is situated near a lagoon and has a large open field where kids can play, and parents can keep an eye on them from the condo's back balcony. The condo is on the second (top) floor so there's no noise from above. The condo, while in a quiet community, is less than a mile from the hustle and bustle of the center of the island where the concerts, restaurants and shops, park and pier are located. There are two assigned parking spaces under the building with an overflow lot beside the building for additional vehicles. If you wish to rent a golf cart you must plug it directly into the outlet under the building. No extension cords are allowed. It must be parked in a parking space, not on the grass or other location. Proximity to the beach was great and the condo amenities were an added plus. The house was clean and decorated tastefully. Depending on how we felt, walking or driving to OIB central was an option. We attended the Market/vendor event which had quite an array of vendors there. We did not leave empty handed and were able to walk back with our purchases. This home was clean and comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. Multiple amenities and my only complaint there was that we couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of them. There is a helpful binder of home and location information, and many menus of local restaurants. There are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate to get to the condo and that may make a difference to those with limited mobility. No sheets or towels are provided which made it challenging when flying to this destination. We had plenty of space as just two people when staying inside during the rain, and the kitchen was certainly helpful with plenty of cookware/dishes/seasoning, an ice maker, and dishwasher. My family and I stayed for 6 nights, to enjoy the beach, and local golf. We were extremely pleased with the unit, it was comfortable, clean and had so many amenities. Owner was very helpful answering questions. Loved Ocean Isle Beach and the area. One small warning, there are a lot of stairs up to the unit if you are an old guy with hockey knees (like me), trying to carry suitcases and groceries, but other than that, it exceeded our expectations, and we would stay their again, in spite of the stairs. ##### John M. We had stayed in this area two years ago so knew where to swim and walk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5\. The master bedroom was hot while sleeping. Needs more circulation. Also, whoever had been there before us didn’t clean up the stove and oven from food droppings, so everytime we cooked, it smelled like we were burning something. Condo easily slept 9 - in a quiet neighborhood so slept very well. Bathrooms are updated with plenty of hooks and space. Living room well situated for movie night. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and basic oil and salt and pepper. Plenty of plates and serving utensils to serve two meals without running the DW. Storage closet on ground level has two bikes and wait for it a SHIBUMI!!! 5 min easy walk to the beach. Pool right next to condo. Overflow lot with four spaces if you have more than two cars. Will stay here again - Jennifer was responsive with all of our questions!!! ##### Joy Y.
