Beautiful ocean front views, just steps to the beach. Breathe in the refreshing salt air from this traditional, ocean front one bedroom, one bath condominium in Marigot Beach on 102nd street. Situated on the eighth floor, the oceanfront balcony avails you of wonderful views of the beach and sparkling ocean waves, not to mention the sunrises! Relax in the comfy living room in your down time with cable television and building provided wifi. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Accommodating up to four people, the bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Main bath has a walk in shower. Marigot Beach amenities include an indoor pool and jacuzzi (BOTH TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOR REPAIRS),, an outdoor deck with lounge chairs, and an outside shower. The location is close to the bayside Gold Coast Mall which features restaurants, a theater and shopping and is also only 10 blocks from local grocery stores to the south and north. Guest supplies sheets, towels. all soaps amd paper products. This property rents any 3 nights all season. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Private Ocean Front balcony. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. A bit dated and certainly not upscale but acceptable. The sleepsofa, however, is terrible - needs to be replaced - you would be much better off bringing an air mattress. My main displeasure was the state of the building itself. The advertised indoor poor was 'closed for renovation' without being noted in the listing. The deck photographed is all taken down/not accessible. The building's beach access door and walkway to the beach closed/unavailable - you have to walk thru the parking lot and around the building. No 'shower for feet' for returning from the beach. Not at all a luxury condo in its current state (and that should be made clear in the listing!). ##### Paul R. The bedding is extremely stiff. The pull out couch has springs almost popping out of the mattress, just your normal wear and tear. We ended up getting something to lay on the mattress because our children said the springs hurt too much. I did explain to them that those mattresses are always a little thinner because they have to be able to fold up but when I felt it, I could feel it too. Almost nothing but springs. ##### Brittany D. The direct beach access is amazing, and even on a Saturday, this stretch of beach did not get as full as other parts of OC. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise on the water as well as a few "home" made meals while listening to the waves crash. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth, and the assigned parking meant we never had to stress about finding a spot. We will definitely be staying here again! ##### Joshua W.
