"We had a terrific trip to Kyoto with a group of friends and our stay at Ace Hotel played a big role in how enjoyable it was. The front desk staff helped me print a birthday card and Mari arranged a bottle of wine for one of our friends. So thoughtful and engaging, the staff went above and beyond. Mari also helped us book a dinner reservation at a truly memorable place. We will certainly stay at Ace if we return to Kyoto and will also look for the hotel in our future travels. Thank you!"

"This hotel was awesome! Friendly and helpful staff. The onsen was a nice experience. The room was large for a Japan hotel. The only room for improvement feedback I have is to have them have more washer and dryer machines. I had to wait 50 minutes just to get a washer. The dryer setting on the first cycle doesn’t dry clothes so two other people in front of me had to do another dry cycle. I also had to do an extra dry cycle. It was a little ridiculous having to wait so long to do some laundry. I think there could be a better system or more machines for guests. The location was perfect! Right next to a train and subway station which made it super easy to get around to all of our destinations. There is also tons of shopping and wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Overall, this was our favorite place that we stayed at on our trip. It was very nice!!"
