The room design is beautiful. The staff are so polite & attentive to all needs - the property manager is always present & a lovely gentleman- each time we would walk out of the property he would run out with water bottles in hand to make sure we carried hydration. We are seasoned travellers & never experienced this level of service. The evening dinners with set menus are Michelin star level dining experience with open wood oven watching the culinary preparations. Yes the dinner is a bit expensive but well worth it. All basic alcohol drinks are included. We did not try the special sauna experience but would suggest they include it in the daily cost of the hotel rather than extra.
