LILAS BUFFA is a nice one bedroom apartment on the 4th and last floor. Its location in the Carré D'Or in the city center, just steps from the sea is ideal.



The apartment has a modern decoration. The lilac tone of the walls as well as the parquet wood give a nice and warm atmosphere.



You will appreciate the location of the apartment, next to the famous Negresco hotel and the Promenade des Anglais. Fully equipped, you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live.



With the smart TV in the living-room you can access your Netflix account in addition to international channels available.



The apartment is on the 4th and top floor. It has an elevator access. The living-room has air-conditioning.

All the must-see places of the city are within walking distance of the apartment: the pedestrian zone and its restaurants, the shopping avenue: Jean Médecin, the "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city) and the Old Town Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)



You will also be near a bus stop with several buses.



The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.

Open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, small oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.





BEDROOM :

It is equipped with a QUEEN size double bed with a thick high quality mattress, very comfortable. There is also a wardrobe.





BATHROOM :

Equipped with shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.



Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
