Lots of mature gardens and space will make this a bonus area for you to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by trees and bushes for your privacy and for the safety of your pet. Prices are subject to change daily. \-3 Bedrooms – 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds \-2 Bathrooms – Walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower (with heated floors) \-Hosts up to 6 guests (including infants and children) \-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, contactless check in \-Dog friendly (one adult dog - $100 pet fee; a portion of the pet fee goes to support our local pet rescue - Angel's Rest) \-Gas fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning \-High speed WiFi and TV in living room and each bedroom with cable channels Upon entering La Vignette, you will notice a closet for your coat and outdoor gear! From there you will see a formal dining room and the kitchen. The Dining Room has a large glass table with French doors that lead to the backyard. The backyard space boasts a tranquil oasis for you to BBQ and relax while enjoying one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s finest wines. The Kitchen has granite countertops and all kitchen equipment for cooking or serving: \-Drip-coffee maker, French press coffee maker, and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started \-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher \-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses) \-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths \-Salt and pepper A breakfast bar can be enjoyed while having your morning coffee and watching the cook prepare a wonderful breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, or you can always order take-out and serve it like you made it yourself! Just past the kitchen is a warm and wine inspired living room area which includes a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an amazing wine barrel end table. There is also an area for you to sit and play games or cards with a breathtaking view of the front gardens. Off the living room are two bedrooms featuring Queen beds with pillow top mattresses and quality linen and pillows which makes these bedrooms comforting and inviting. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The highlight of this spectacular home is the primary bedroom with a king sized bed including a memory foam top for your comfort. A barrel chair is in the nook of the bedroom for those avid readers! Enjoy the flat screen TV, and plush pillows. The primary bedroom also boasts an ensuite with walk-in shower, and heated floors! There are French doors from the bedroom to the back deck. This bedroom offers lots of privacy and space and includes an office area for those who still need to work! Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided. The laundry room is located in a closet just outside the primary bedroom and has a stainless-steel washer and dryer for your convenience. Supplies are on us: \-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets The main bathroom is right across from the laundry and includes a full-body walk-in shower and heated floors.. Our location really offers a total Niagara-on-the-Lake experience. We are a short walk to the Niagara-on-the-Lake golf course and Queen Street which has the most wonderful boutique shops and amazing restaurants. The house is also within walking distance to Ryerson Park which is the best place to see sunsets and the skyline of Toronto across Lake Ontario. The house is a good fit for a couple or a family with small children but it’s a tight squeeze for 4 adults! The house needs some maintenance done. Landscaping was overgrown in driveway and in backyard, things in the house need attention and it could have been cleaner, especially for price point. Directly across the street from the lake. While there’s not a lake view, within a few short steps you get to a lovely park with benches where you can see the gorgeous sunsets. The inside was delightful and the bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in I think ever. The master bath felt like I was at a resort. Only wish the backyard was cleaned a bit more by property Msnagement company as the chairs were a bit dirty to sit on with white shorts, but that’s a very minor issue. ##### Lisa R. Lots of seating areas to congregate with family. Main bedroom is very spacious but other bedrooms were small and hard to maneuver around beds. Suggest bringing your own shampoo/conditioner as Lavender soaps are best for hand/body wash. Driveway was tight for a truck. We enjoyed walking to the lake. What gorgeous views. The house had everything we needed and was nicely furnished. We did not stay in the master bedroom-which is wonderful-because the bed is very high and we are short people. The front bedroom accommodated our needs. The place was large enough for my adult children and I to have our own space when needed but the layout also allowed comfortable communal space. We took our little dog with us and it was a great area to walk her in but like many places now, one must remain vigilant about coyotes - you will see them. We basically left our car in the driveway our entire visit as it was easy to walk to the theatre, the grocery store and restaurants. Great quiet location and a short drive or walk to town Most of teh house was very clean , but the floors were Very dirty , our feet were black. We cleaned our feet and tried it again to make sure and within 15 minutes our feet were black again . It brought this up to the home owner and the only response I received was.. thanks I will forward to cleaning service. NO apology, no I'm very sorry . This wasn't a major issue , but an apology would have bee appropriate. I would recommend this home to others after they clean the floors . LOL ##### Tony M. Everything needed was there. Sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee was the perfect start to the day. Our dog loved it. We would definitely select it again if we were visiting the area. There were, however, two issues, both of which could be easily fixed. First, we have a medium size SUV. The driveway was so narrow with vegetation that it was quite difficult getting in and out of the car. Second, getting in the house upon arrival was a nightmare. The entry code had been emailed but not until after we had left our home and we had no easy access to a computer. We had asked that the code be texted to us, anticipating this problem, but the request must have been overlooked. The emergency phone number for Jason was in the house. We had the office number but the office was closed. After a couple of hours we finally connected to a computer and Jason returned our call from our message on the office phone. Once that ordeal was over, everything was fine. Don't let this issue stop you but make sure you have a plan to get in on arrival. ##### Barbara S.
