The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk from the main street for shops and dinning in NOTL. The hosts were easy to reach and check in was a breeze. The check in was a wee bit stressful since we didn't obtain the keycode until we called just before 4 pm. But Luisa did call us after I sent an email and she was very friendly. Had a bit of ant problem on the 2nd floor in the bathroom from a small hole in the ceiling. Was able to fix the problem with duct tape that was in the home. Luisa was very responsive and although she couldn't get anyone out to the house before we left, our duct tape did the job for the duration.
