This property appears to be exactly as advertised and, from all accounts, a wonderful place in a great location. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the home due to a lock/access issue that could not be resolved at the time of arrival, despite real-time efforts with the property manager.The situation required us to make alternative lodging arrangements during a very busy period, which was understandably frustrating. That said, the property manager was responsive and attempted to help, and there was no indication this was anything other than an unexpected technical failure.I would absolutely consider staying here in the future, as the home and location seem excellent. I’m hopeful Vrbo will make the situation right, and if so, I would be comfortable trying again.

Everything Great, only in post says Hot Tub and there is not one on property, which is what We really wanted on this mini vacation, but overall everything was GREAT

Enjoyed our girls trip at this beautiful property, very clean and location was perfect, walking distance to Gruene dance hall, restaurants and boutiques. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

#### Nice getaway 

Overall the property was very well taken care of and very neat. It was really clean and didn’t have any funky smells. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.The host was nice when we did need to reach out. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I felt like we were charged for any little thing - early check in is based per hour early of check in and cost us an additional 75\. We were 5 hours away so to enjoy the day to the fullest extent we needed to be able to arrive early - I’ve never had a host charge like that for early check in especially with no one having been there the night before! Additionally, the people above us were very very loud all hours up until 1-2am. Keeping us all awake and we had small children. I understand the host can’t control that but it sucks no one could be contacted during the stay to rectify the problem.Check out being 10 am and being kept up all night until about 2am is really hard - should consider extending that some to maybe even 11 like hotels. Overall it was a nice stay but I can’t say we will stay again.
