The pool was great, with the kids benefitting from a more relaxed approach to floats and lilos than many other apartments complexes. The apartment is also in a fantastic location, close to shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of all parts of the town. Whilst the apartment is spacious, functional and well equipped, it is a little dated and cluttered and could do with a spring clean and a bit of a clear out. Large property, plenty of space for a long stay, 2 balconies and a huge roof terrace. Aircon is great, but could do with AC in the 3rd bedroom. We arrived on a late flight, still not knowing exact loaction, very stressful. Phones not yet working correctly, being berated by by the owners assistant about another women ‘with her 4 year old child’ who was to meet us on a street corner! Eventually made it to the meet place using a combination of google street view and Vrbo photos A detailed map and a key safe would be good. On leaving, our check out time was 11, cleaner turned up at 10, again berated for not vacating and made to feel guilty for inconveniencing the next guests. ##### paul r. It’s about ten minutes plesant walk to the Balcon De Europa and the centre of Nerja. The nearest beach is a short five minute walk. Convenient with two bedrooms close to each other and one slightly separated and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed the balconies very much both for relaxing and eating. Had some problem with the wireless but Bernard put a lot of effort in fixing it. He also arranged for pick-up at airport, which worked flawlessly. Very nice pool area.
