THINGS TO KNOW: Large Capacity Washer and Dryer Inground Pool (The depth is 3ft shallow end to 5ft deep end) No Pets of any kind are allowed. This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet home. The minimum age to rent is 25. DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500. If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out. If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly. Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival. \*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.\* POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29\. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated.
