The outdoor living experience includes a screened in lanai AND an expansive open terrace (almost 500 feet) overlooking one of the two community pools. This PRIVATE terrace has a staircase that leads down to one of the pools and poolside grilling area. Regatta offers upscale amenities that include: 55 floating docks, a RESORT style pool that features a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush palm trees, a lap pool, hot tub, cold spa, an exercise and weight room, clubhouse with a full kitchen, a grill station and more. The Regatta is located just a few blocks from the white sugary sand on the FAMOUS Vanderbilt Beach (just a short WALK). You are also just a few minutes from the FAMOUS shopping and dining at the Mercato as well the AMAZING performances and shows that take place at Artis-Naples, shopping and dining at The Pavilion.
