During the winter months, when it’s almost impossible to find a short term rental in Naples, this home is available from Saturday to Saturday for 1 or 2 weeks maximum. The heated saltwater pool and patio face southeast. It allows you the beautiful morning sun, but by late afternoon, you’ll have a shady place to BBQ on the gas grill and eat on the patio. For your enjoyment, we have a hot tub and a wine fridge too. No need to be swatting flies, the pool and patio are screen covered. Of course, pool toys are included. The kitchen was renovated to the studs in Fall of 2023 and is perfect for gourmet meals, take out, or mixing drinks to enjoy indoors or out. Well equipped would describe the kitchen, with every dish, glass, utensil, pot or pan, small appliance, or gadget you could think of, to use! Relax on the covered patio while watching the kids in the pool or just enjoy the green space of the golf course. Entertain guests in the cathedral ceilinged living room with seating for 8\. Watch the game on the living room TV or split up with some watching the TV in the den/3rd bedroom. We have board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. High speed internet makes gaming, school work, or zoom meetings a cinch. We also have a desk, desk chair, computer monitor, and laser printer. These are located in the den/3rd bedroom. There are double doors between this room and the living room for a quiet place to work or sleep. The dining room seats 6 at the table with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. Both the living room and dining room overlook the pool, hot tub, and golf course. The master bedroom has a king size, individually adjustable bed, a TV, pool and patio access, and a newly renovated master bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a beautiful new bathroom with the den/3rd bedroom that has twin trundle beds. Both rooms have TVs. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer, hanging racks, iron and board, and a 2 car garage complete this property. For your pleasure, we have 6 bikes, bike helmets, a beach umbrella and sand chairs, sand toys and boogie boards in the garage. Make yourself at home and enjoy this gem. We are within walking and biking distance to shopping centers with: groceries, restaurants, coffee, pubs, and shops. 15 minutes to the newly opened Great Wolf Lodge and the Florida Sports Park. Great location! Early booking discounts for non-high season stays are available. High season is January through March. 90 days ahead of stay discount is 10%. It is in a lovely, quiet area, and during our visit it felt almost like we had the neighbourhood to ourselves. I assume many of the surrounding homes are also holiday rentals, as we did not see a soul the whole time, which made it incredibly peaceful.The house itself was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate, the bedrooms had plenty of space, and all the facilities were in great condition. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast, the TV worked perfectly, the fridge and freezer were spacious, and having both a washing machine and a dryer was a real bonus. A pleasant surprise was the main bedroom bed, which can be adjusted with a remote control into different positions for maximum comfort.The pool was a decent size, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. If I had one minor criticism, the pool area could do with a quick power wash to freshen it up, as it looked a little weathered. We also experienced a minor issue with the kitchen lights not working on our last night, but I am confident the host would have resolved it if we had contacted them.Another highlight was the extras in the garage: beach chairs, bicycles that just needed the tyres pumped up, and other useful bits for days out. This was by far the best accommodation we have had. The house was beautifully presented and oozes calm and charm. There was a room which I was able to use as an office, set up with a printer, which was a huge boon given I had an unexpected work crisis. Everything was so relaxed with the property manager anxious to emphasise that we were not to fuss about cleaning up before we left - that was his job! And as a special bonus we arrived to find the kitchen already stocked with staples like teas/coffees, basic condiments etc so that saved us a lot of hassle too. We loved all the touches that made it feel like a home. It comes equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including bikes and beach equipment. The communication with both the host before our stay and the property manager on site was fantastic. We had a small problem with the pool on arrival, which was sorted quickly and easily with good communication. As a family visiting from outside the USA, the property really was a home from home and we had a fantastic holiday. ##### Megan M. Everything was as we remembered, with the addition of a new kitchen. It is very well furnished and the bed and bedding is spotlessly clean and of good quality. Katy supplies copious amounts of kitchen and bathroom products. The check out time is 10am, similar to equivalent rentals but Katy designed the check out procedure to suit the renter rather than the cleaning company. No need for crack of dawn stripping of beds and numerous wash loads before 10am. With a long journey ahead home to Scotland, that was much appreciated. We had an unfortunate problem with the pool but that was quickly attended to by the very conscientious property manager Peter, who did everything possible to resolve the matter and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We’ve never stayed in a rental that provides so much! I always bring my own paper products, laundry products etc. but it was all provided for us as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner! We had 2 small issues but they had more to do with our lack of knowledge than an actual problem. The property manager, Peter, came over quickly both times and showed us how to work things.
