Elevator had been out of service before however property managment company said they had not reports of issues. Fire Dept had to assist mobility challenged family member down from unit. Property Mgmt company said elevator was not their resposibility and did not call for elevator repair even after me telling them that I aunt was stuck on 3rd floor. Mgmt offered to send maintenance staff to bring my aunt down. Condo was very worn, ice machine also did not work, dishwasher flooded kitchen and we did not use it again.
