Just a short walk across the street to the beach. We loved the balconies to sit out and relax.Everything was clean. We had a minor issue with the TV remotes missing and the TV not working. James had the issues fixed within a day or two.In my opinion, the house doesn't have enough couches in the living room for the whole family to sit without sitting at the dining room table. No pizza pan which made it hard to bake a pizza. Reminder: they only supply one small bottle of shampoo and a bottle of dish soap. Be prepared to bring all essentials with you. For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to bring anything.
