This centrally located rental sits less than four miles from Broadway at the Beach for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Fully stocked, well arranged, large workable kitchen. Excellent living comfort with 5 reclining seats 2 on sofa, 2 on loveseat and 1 single, all very comfortable. King Master bed is comfy in the middle. Patio has very comfy rocker/swivel seats, home over looks a pond with a fountain which is an added attraction. Home has minor home maintenance issues that have been reported to home owner who will be discussing with maintenance team to address. Light fixture in hallway, drainage for bathroom sinks, guest shower flooring with small crack. These minor issues would not stop me from renting and going again.
