Minimum booking age: 21 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. 2 vehicle max. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*No Elevator\*\* There will be 3 flights of stairs before you enter. Self check-in with keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa. A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel. Bedroom 1: King bed! TV. Bathroom attached. Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom. The Neighborhood: A perfect central location in Myrtle Beach! ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.5 miles Getting Around: The complex offers easy access parking for guests. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. No pets. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement.
