It was an upper level, but the steps were good and we managed them good. We could see the ocean from one of the living areas. The pictures accurately depict what you find when you walk in the door. This is nothing fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you decide to do. The pier and shops are walkable and the beach access is directly across the road. The location is great, the beach access is convenient, and the space is cozy. The host is so nice and handled any questions we had in a professional, friendly manner.
