Terrible stay!
The booking was changed for the last moment by the agency. The new apartment was much worth, very old, not very clean. When we check-in at 6, hoseceeper was there and we were waiting more 30 min. We asked for the refund they agreed to make partial. The next day we couldn't reach them! Never deal with this this condo!

This condo is an excellent deal with a lovely terrace in the heart of St Henri, the Williamsburg of Montreal. Perfect for a couple or family. Will reserve again on my next visit.

The property was a quaint but exemplarily well upkept space! We had a good stay and will be back. The lack of parking was slightly annoying but overall, it was a very good stay. The kitchen and bathrooms and linens were clean. The place smelled good. There was a nice Metro grocery store a 5 mins drive away and the host was kind and quick to respond overall. We were happy with our experience and will likely return!

On nous a changé de chambre sans avertissement et sans tentative d'accommodement équitable. 1. Le bruit. La rue est passante, nous entendons énormément les voitures passer. 2. Terrasse. La terrasse derrière est sombre, grise, et peu entretenue. 3. Propreté. Il y avait un sac de canettes sentant la fumée de cigarette dans le frigo, à notre arrivée. Et beaucoup de fourmis se promènent sur les comptoirs. 5. Équipement. Il n'y avait pas de draps et de couvertures pour le divan-lit. Il n'y a pas non plus de savon dans la douche, de cafetière, pas de couteau coupant pour cuisiner, pas de grille-pain... Ce sont des essentiels. Bref, l'appartement semble non-fini, comme rénové à moitié. Il manque les contours d'interrupteurs, des poignées de porte ne sont pas encore vissées, etc. Il y a plein d'objets dans les armoires, à d'anciens locataires ou aux propriétaires. Ce n'est pas agréable. Nous sommes malheureusement désappointés de notre séjour.
