This modern villa of standing is located on the road of Ile Rousse in Monticello. At 5 minutes of Ile Rousse its beaches and its shops.
It has a very beautiful view on the sea, the gulf of Ile Rousse and its village, on the mountain side it has the view on Monticello.
It has a surface of 180 m ², a terrace of 110 m ² with swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 m and is situated on a ground of 2500 m ² raised and fenced.

You will find inside the villa :
1° - On the second floor (accessible by car):
- A fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities.
- A large dining room / living room of 50 m² with large windows overlooking the terrace and pool and view of Ile Rousse.
-Three bedrooms:
Bedroom I = the master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, its dressing room and its bathroom with corner bath and WC.
Room 2 = 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm, with large wall cupboards.
Room 3 = 2 beds in 90 cm, with large wall cupboards.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- An independent WC.
In the corridor leading to the rooms again large wall cupboards.

2° - On the ground floor (accessible by car):
In a small apartment, not air-conditioned, we rent the 4th room = 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm, with large wall cupboards, its shower room and a toilet,
Important : This room is rented only for more than 6 adults,

You will find on the terrace a gas grill, sunbeds and parasol.

A garage of 90 m² that can accommodate several vehicles.

The deposit check will not be cashed and will be returned, at your departure, after checking the inventory of fixtures.

For the cleaning, the supply and the maintenance of the linen, a participation of 100 € until 6 persons and 150 € from 7 persons will be claimed to you.

Fantastic house and view
The house is very nice in and out side. The view is fantastic. Really great for families with small or large chrildren. The house is very big and can easily contain 8 people.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très belle maison, très bien équipée. Dommage que l'accueil de départ soit aussi nul et qu'on me demande de payer 1h de ménage en plus (alors que 150 euro déjà payés) et une intervention du pisciniste parce que l'eau est devenu trouble pour une raison discutable. J'aimerais faire part de cela aux propriétaires.

Vue exceptionnelle, très belles prestations, villa très fonctionnelle, très très agréable à vivre, un vrai plaisir ! A 9 nous avions le studio, plutôt un F2, très belle prestation également! Sans clim, un peu juste pour une année caniculaire mais très acceptable. Accueil et réactivité du gérant et des propriétaires excellents (petit souci avec parasol) ! Nous recommandons plus que vivement, nous avons passé un super séjour ! C'est sûr nous reviendrons !

Une vue gigantesque, le panorama à vous couper le souffle. Pourtant il faut souligner quelques bémols . L'intitulé de l'annonce "4 chambres 3 salles de bains" , trompeur ce là devrait être mentionné 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains + studio au dessus de 6 adultes, je n'avais pas lu l'annonce correctement je recherchais 3 sdb, compliquer quand il n'y a pas de clés sur les sdb ou les wc .quand nous sommes arrivés sur le gaz 5 feux il n'y en avait que 2 qui fonctionnaient et les 2 gros. Le barbecue verber sur la photo, est remplacer par un barbecue très vétuste, pas d'allumage électrique, les caches bruleurs très abimés les grilles ne sont pas les bonnes.Quand au ménage je pense que pour 100 euros tout doit être parfait toiles d'araignées au plafond, la lampe de la salle poussiéreuse , poussière sous les lits terrain extérieur en friche. Peut être y a t'il du laisser aller en fin de saison.

Grandiose Aussicht auf´s Meer, lädt beim Frühstück ein zum Träumen
Dankeschön für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub in besonderen Zeiten. Das Haus ist großzügig und toll eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse mit Weitblick auf´s Meer und der schöne Pool mit traumhaufter Kulisse/Blick auf L´ile rousse runden das ganze ab. Grundsätzlich ist es recht gut ausgestattet: Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn noch ein paar passende Tassen zum Service da wären, ein paar langstielige schöne Weingläser und ein großer Ankleidespiegel,..das würde es komplettieren. Was vielleicht noch zu überprüfen wäre, sind 2 Herdplatten des Gasherdes, die nicht funktionieren. ansonsten gabs auf dem Balkon einen großen Gasgrill, der zum perfekten Barbeque einlädt... Der Blick ist einzigartig, die Lage ruhig und doch ganz nahe an L´ile Rousse. Leider waren die Maps-Koordinaten, die wir geschickt bekamen nicht ganz korrekt, so dass wir erst das Haus fanden, als zufällig die Concierge mit dem Auto vorbeifuhr, die wir anhielten um zu fragen...lächel...welch ein Zufall...netterweise nahm Sie uns mit bis zum Haus und wies uns kurz ein. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir eine kleine Anfahrtsskizze empfehlen. Ansonsten war der Kontakt sehr angenehm und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank das Dreigestirn vom Mittelrhein

Wunderschönes Anwesen in toller Lage!
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt . Das Haus ist großzügig und grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Kaffeetassen mehr wären allerdings schön gewesen. Den riesigen Außengrill haben wir sehr genossen; so war es auch nicht schlimm, dass während unseres Aufenthalts nur 2-3 der Herdplatten im Haus funktionierten. Der Blick ist toll, die Lage ruhig und doch ganz nahe an L´ile Rousse. Ein Bäcker ist in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Leider waren die Maps-Koordinaten, die wir geschickt bekamen nicht ganz korrekt, so dass wir erst mit Hilfe von freundlichen Nachbarn das Haus fanden. Die Concierge hat uns dann netterweise abgeholt, so dass wir letztlich gut ankamen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir eine kleine Anfahrtsskizze empfehlen. Ansonsten war der Kontakt sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Genialer Sommerurlaub
Wir haben zu sechst einen fantastischen Urlaub auf Korsika verbracht. Die Villa ist tiptop ausgestattet und der Ausblick aufs Meer, die schöne Terrasse mit Pool sowie die ruhige Lage - einfach wunderbar.

Zwei Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus die total entspannt waren. Alles sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender und ein Gasaussengrill machen das Kochen einfach.Lediglich der Gasherd innen genügt den Ansprüchen nicht. Wir bedanken uns auch bei den Betreuerinnen Natalie und ihrer Mutter M+S.Uhl aus Spechbach.
