Villa Sun Cay is a simple, comfortable villa located in the district of Cercados de Espino, on the outskirts of Arguineguín, in a secluded, elevated position. The property offers a private, fenced area with a seasonal angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 210 - 95 cm) available from January 1st to December 31st. It also features a WC in the pool area, a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, a single garage, and public parking on the road. The villa is well-equipped with amenities like Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Yard, making it an ideal vacation rental for your stay in Maspalomas, Spain.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a private, fenced outdoor area with a seasonal angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 210 - 95 cm) available from January 1st to December 31st. It also features a WC in the pool area, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue, providing ample space and amenities for enjoying the outdoors.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house with a total area of 280 square meters. The living room features simple and comfortable furnishings, including a digital TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room equipped with a french bed, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there are three rooms, each furnished with two beds. The kitchen/living room area comes with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. This area also has a dining table and an exit leading to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The villa is surrounded by a forest environment, providing a serene and natural setting for your vacation. Additional facilities available on the premises include a safe, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi internet access throughout the property. A garage capable of accommodating one car is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, ensuring a smoke-free environment for your stay.
