"The room and facilities were very clean and the area is nice and walkable. The breakfast was great and there was a nice pool for babies there However, something’s could be improved 1. The spa was not working during our stay 2. Bottled water are not included and most of the time I even could not find a jar of water in reception 3. Warmer reception was expected. The lady who welcomed us on the first night was not very friendly and it disappointed us a lot"

"Our family stay at Copley House was perfect! The room was spacious with all the amenities. Nice little kitchen area was perfect for morning coffee and tea. The front desk was a short walk up the block and were ready to help with any recommendations we asked for about the area and things to do. This is the only place for our next stay this summer for our lovely 20 minute walk to Sox game at Fenway! Beautiful homes to walk by and area businesses!!! Thank you!!!"

"My check in did not go well. It was not the staff person, he couldn’t have been nicer, it was the hotel policy. I arrived at noon and was told my room was ready but there was a $75.00 early check in fee. This was the first time I encountered this policy at any hotel and whoever in corporate initiated this policy should be fired on the spot!! I hope that this is not something that is going to become a new normal! I understand a fee for a late check out as a hotel needs to ready the rooms for incoming guests but if a room is ready to charge an early check in fee is nothing but a money grab. Until I hear this policy has been changed I will not be staying at the Parker House! My stay otherwise was fine, the room was clean and it was quiet but this early check-in put a damper on the Parker House experience, I finally did check in at 5pm. Horrible! "
