This property was a huge disappointment and felt like a money grab despite the high price. Basic amenities were broken—like extraction fans in toilets, and a paid-for baby crib that was unusable and took 48 hours to replace. The grill didn’t work, and we had to rewire the ignition and refill the empty propane tank ourselves, with no reimbursement. The pool pump was broken, and the paid-for pool heating only worked near the end of our stay. Even small things, like wine openers, were broken. To make matters worse, maintenance workers showed up at inconvenient times, including an unannounced visit at 7:00 AM. For the cost, we expected a high-end stay, but it was nothing but frustration. ##### Renee W. Having the pool and very private outdoor area was a nice touch. House was decorated nicely, roomy enough with 3 BR and 2 full BA. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. ##### Ron B. The home is beautiful, meticulously clean, comfortable, and in a great area! The backyard is W.O.W. We used the pool daily and had a barbecue in the back porch which has a great, big table. The property is EXACTLY as in the photos, so you will not be disappointed! Actually, probably better than photos! Everything is new and clean. ##### Maria V.
