Has a great balcony with chairs that invites to enjoy your stay in Miami. 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a free-of-charge shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes. Self parking and valet parking in the building. Supermarket and other convenience stores at walking distance. Walmart crossing the street under the bridge. Heated swimming-pool next to the channel. Exclusive view from the pool. Valet parking service (separate payment) Restaurant in the building. Gym. The apartment has a swimming pool next to the inter-coastal channel, which allows you to enjoy some of the most extraordinary Miami boats sailing through these waters. You may also want to exercise at the gym, with a great view to the inter-coastal. The building has a front desk 24/7\. However our regular check-in time is from 4PM to 10PM. If for any reason you need to check-in after 10PM you should contact us to coordinate the after check-in time in advance. If you have an emergency between 10PM and 8AM, we will not be able to address to your message thru this communication channel. Please contact us via phone. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right accross the bridge. Need the room key in order to use the elevator to your floor, access from the parking garage etc. I was surpried when I found out we could not self park our vehicle, so the mandatory Valet Parking fee was a shock. I thought I read in the information when booking the suite that self park was available, but I could be mistaken. There are fees when checking in, for the property amenities, valet parking, and damage deposit, so keep those in mind when booking. Other than that, the property was excellent and the pool was heated and super clean with nice lounge chairs. The pool area and beach access were the best! We also had an amazing view, I highly recommended a harbour view from the 20th floor and higher.
