Contact us prior to booking. . Check-in Requirements: All guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. Entry instructions will not be sent until these are received. Communication is via a secure third-party platform. · Conduct & Property Use Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors). Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property. Candles are not allowed inside. · BBQ We provide propane for the BBQ grill and ask that you clean it after each use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee. · Pets & Wildlife No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies). Encounters or small droppings do not qualify for refunds.
