"The room was SO HOT and couldn't cool it down. Called the front desk and they said the cooling system hadn't been turned on it for the building so couldn't cool the rooms down even though they were super hot"

"It was okay. The window in the bedroom did not open; when I asked for it to be fixed, the maintenance man plainly said that he can't. They offered to put me in a different room (I have breathing issues and need access to fresh air), it was in such poor condition that I refused. The toilet wasn't securely attached and kept making a thudding noise. One of the sheets had old paint stains on it. But the room was spacious and clean and the unit had a fully stocked kitchen, which was amazing. Overall, a decent experience, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often."

"Long waits for elevators. No staircase access from lobby to upper floors. Terrible parking."
