"Everything was clean and tidy. Walkable to Union Station and Rogers Centre. It was a bit confusing to find the door closest to the reception area for checking in... rather than haul luggage down some stairs and thru the eating/drinking area."

"Accommodated an early check in. Staff friendly. Rooms are ok. Time for some facelifts, getting dated/tired but well kept and clean. Breakfast offered really not acceptable, just offer coffee/juice to go. Very poor selection, no fruit, two kinds of cereals which one was a mix(??), nothing warm but you can purchase eggs/bacon, not even bagels, just sliced bread, only vanilla yogurt "
