"Elevators at checkout were ridiculous. Constantly staff and cleaners in the elevators so you got to wait for them to do what they're doing and they won't move or get out of the way. I was waiting to get downstairs from room 14 to the lobby and it took 20 minutes"

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"

"Great location! A quick walk to the Scotiabank Arena, and other attractions. Hotel was really nice on the inside, and could tell it was newly renovated. Only downsides were the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some hair in the drain from the previous people, and build up in the corners of the shower. As well as the noise from the hallway really travels into the rooms at night time. However, this is a great hotel for location! "
