Oceanview is a rustic oceanfront home, this home is rented a lot and is not perfect, but if you are looking for a fabulous view this might be the place for you. Heated Pool, new outdoor furniture, sea life, fishing from the dock, dockage for boat or boats, located near Vaca Cut on the oceanside.

just like the listing stated...it is an amazing location, good layout, but a little wear and tear here and there. we knew that going in and it was a great place to spend the week. super location for fishing, getting around, we would stay again in a heart beat...

Amazing Destination
Location, location, location. Really great place, can’t wait to return…. Amazing views from heated pool, dock and upper screened in porch. Fished off dock….and were visited by manatees…. Stairs are outside of house to reach upper level so seniors better off upstairs as kitchen is there. Plenty of bedroom space Upstairs and down. Youngest family members with a teen had walkout ground level to pool. Nice sitting area, good sized bedroom, bathroom and a small bedroom for teen. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with baths, large open concept kitchen with dining area and living area with huge couch seating area with TV. Also pantry with pretty much all you need. Screened in porch overlooks pool and spectacular ocean view. There’s a Closet laundry. Listed as Rustic. I wouldn’t call it that, while a few minor repairs may be in order, who’s even looking at those instead of the view! In love.

Gorgeous view
The view can’t be beat! Enough room for 2 boats on the dock, but we chose to store one of the trailers off site at boat ramp to give us enough room for vehicles. Property as described rustic could use some updating and repairs,it is not perfect, but this was stated in description on site, so was not a surprise. We would definitely stay here again. Once again the view and sunsets were unbelievable!

Gorgeous view, pack well!
Gorgeous view! Just remember to pack hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper as there wasn’t any available at the house. Also, the downstairs two bedrooms are completely separate from the upstairs. Must walk outside and up the stairs to access kitchen. Please watch out for all areas of the property if wet because it is all extremely slippery *including the pool deck*.

Great spot, view, and boat access
Check in was painless, property was clean and ready as expected. Unloading the boat on the street is difficult as it is basically a one-car-size street, but we made due. The view is great, pool was a good size (many in these homes we have stayed at are very small), plenty of living space for everyone. The room with the full-sized bed was underwhelming in size but the main master was big enough to easily fit more as needed. Two rooms are downstairs, two upstairs and access between the two is only possible outdoors. Oddly, there is no bathroom that is “community accessible” and all are within the bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and felt it was a win!

This is our second stay at the “Oceanview” house. The home is “rustic” as the VRBO description says but it has everything we need for our Keys vacation. Dockage for 2 boats, nice pool, well appointed kitchen, spacious home with breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean!!

Beautiful view.
Keypad not working, took 3 days to correct. We could lock up while we were inside but NOT lock up when we left. Sliding door would not lock, we were left with a rod to put in track to keep door secured. Kitchen floor dirty, turned our feet brown! Hot tub not functioning. Went to grill steaks and no gas in grill. The Charcoal grill had no grate on which to cook. The inside of oven door was dripping with grease, broiler pan greasy and sticky, unusable.Downstairs BR had wall AC which leaked water down the wall. Outside screen door handle and latch were broken, couldn’t secure porch for our dog when using. Also we had a windy storm one night and the screen kept banging. We used a brick and rock owner left at door to prevent the banging, after 2 tries we were able to stop the banging. All in all the view was gorgeous, but property is sadly neglected. Did not give me a very welcoming feeling. I’m sure this place could be really nice if given a bit of attention.

the location at sea was perfect!
The location, with the pool and the view were the key of our week. Great weather, amazing sunsets and sundowns. the outdoor time was fantastíc! The negative part was the house itself: as described, it is rustic indeed, and unfortunately very humid and it was not clean: the fridge and the bathrooms were dirty, all the towels were humid by coming in, the outdoor furniture is at one side broken. The bbq has no gaz and the code for the door was not working. The landlord did react quickly for the doorcode and the gaz for the bbq though. We spent a great week since we were spending our time outside, but a minimum of cleaning would be required
