Older iconic property but very well maintained. Beautiful beach & pool. Great for a small trade show. Car parking is expensive so I recommend cab or Uber incoming.

The stay itself was average. Pool area is nice. I stayed in the Tresor tower and there were only two elevators working and two were down so I was waiting 15 plus minutes and the elevator was packed as this is a big tower with hotel guests and residents. A resident commented to me that the elevators have been down for some time and instead of fixing them they are using HOA money to fund the casino of the Fountainbleu in Las Vegas. I don’t know have valid that is. What I do know is the hotel itself is dishonest. I checked out on time and I alerted the house keeping lady and she said all is good and I could leave. I get my folio a couple of days later and they charged $400 extra for a “late check out charge” I subsequently called the billing department and they said this has to be escalated to accounting and they would be in touch in 24 to 48 hours. Guess what it’s been 72 plus hours and nothing. I also emailed the department and nothing. I never write reviews, but this entity is either highly disorganized or criminals.

Severely overrated & pricey. I don’t need a $40 cheeseburger, fries & soda. Nor a $30 watered down drink. I’ve travelled extensively and have eaten better food & drank better drinks for less. Also too much construction in the area. Hopefully the next stop is Fountainbleu. 4 out of 10
