"This was our 3rd stay at this perfect home. The location is ideal.The property has the most beautiful landscaping that gives it a very secluded feel. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the screened porch at night. We kayaked, took bike rides and just appreciated our surroundings. Phil and Linda are wonderful and caring hosts. They are always available if needed. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We look forward to returning next year!"

"We were very pleased with the location in Marathon. Easy access to restaurants, walks to coffee, shops, etc. Wonderful to have water surrounding us and peace and quiet. However, we only had one functioning shower for four adults to use…. The bath/shower combo only 1/2 engaged on Wednesday. We called for maintenance and they came onsite and disassembled it to try to repair. Then we never had even a faucet for the remainder of our stay. Couldn’t even take a bath even though showers preferred."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!"

"We arrived and the house was very clean and it was easy to get in. The gift basket was a very nice thought, but would've been better if the items were not all expired. All amenities functioned well and easy to use. Loved the big kitchen with all the sitting space we could all sit around and cook and hang out. Loved the patio with the outdoor kitchen.
