Katie was great to work with and answered quickly when we had questions. The house itself was extremely well stocked, clean and the beds were comfy! The pool was amazing and the kids swam from sun up to sun down. The canal water was clear and we enjoyed fishing (there is a freezer for frozen bait and a fish cleaning station) We even had a shark visit and were blessed to have a manatee come to the dock. The covered deck was great for the rainy days. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock too— There was easy access to open waters just outside the canal. The community is quiet and felt super safe. The beach a couple minutes away was beautiful. The house is close to lots of restaurants and activities too!
