The checking process was a little bit of an issue...given that our room /unit was given to somebody else, but eventually the other party was willing to trade with us. It would have been helpful ahead of time to let customers know that the unit or room does not come with coffee and you would either have to buy coffee before coming to the hotel or plan ongoing across the resort to the check in offi ce. The unit did have a lovely kitchen and coffee maker that we couldn't use because we didn't have coffee with us. Otherwise it was a lovely resort." Coffee was always empty, bananas were mush and you were lucky if you got there early enough to get a bagel. Someone opened the door to our room, and when they figured out we were there, slammed the door shut. We had our front shade open, so you could see our stuff in the room, but we were up front, so they couldn’t see us. We went to the front desk and they stated they did not have cameras, when there were 2 cameras, one pointing right at our room’s front door. First and last stay!!!"
