Enjoy cooking with friends and family in the full size kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and dining room that seats 6\. The living room offers guests a large flat screen TV, with DVD Player as well as cozy gas fireplace, and sleeper sofa for additional guests. With a private deck and BBQ on this level, you can grill up or take in a sunset and watch the golfers go by. A private washer/dryer is also located in the home for your convenience, along with free WIFI. In this 3 story townhouse, the master suite on the top floor features a King bed with en-suite full bathroom and soaking tub, and flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms on the main level both feature a Queen bed with a shared full bathroom in the home. The Solstice complex offers two underground parking spaces in a shared garage (garage clearance is 7' 6"), with elevator access to the entrance of the property, outdoor year-roundcommunity hot tubs. This unit is not pet friendly, non-smoking, has 3 levels inside and sleeps up to 6 people. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. However there are a few things that would have been helpful for our stay. First being that there are no signs or ways to find out the actual number of the condo complex. Our GPS kept taking us around and around several times but there is no way to see the property number. I understand there is snow everywhere but the number of the complex needs to be shown in order for people to see that they are at the right address. Yes the instructions say the first property on the right, but when you don’t see the property number anywhere shown, you don’t want to enter foreign properties especially when everything is covered in snow and slippery. When we did inquire about having a hard time locating the actual property , the staff member said they themselves don’t go to the properties and hence couldn’t help us to locate the property. It would be a good idea if the staff members of the management company visit the actual properties so then that way they can actually help when someone needs help. The other minor issue was that the listing did not exactly match the actual property. Let me explain myself. On the listing it shows that the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and this is not the case. The 3rd bedroom only has a queen bed, and there are no twin beds. In addition, the TV doesn’t work with anything like Netflix, firestick or Hulu. You have to sign in with your own subscription, which was fine by me, but then it never works, no matter how many times we tried, it said no signal. So if you are someone who’s going to be catching up on your shows or just trying to watch anything really, you will be out of luck.
