Wonderful for Multifamily Getaway!

Home was nicely decorated and accommodated 4 families. We really enjoyed the location of the lake as it didn't seem too busy and not too far away from grocery stores. Beds were also comfortable. Also, had great communication from the property managers.

Beautiful Home on the Lake

This was a beautiful home! We stayed there assix couples with 8 children between us. Having the pool was incredible for the kids and there was plenty of space to put all the kids in the bunk room together. We also enjoyed having the kids watch a movie in the little den area while grown ups ate and played games in the living room. Great setup with plenty of space. Only thing that couldake it better is if there was a dock or an easier way of accessing the lake. And also some more cookware/dishes/supplies in the kitchen would be great. But all in all we had a fabulous time and this was a perfect house for a large group with kids. Thank you!

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful, and I loved that every room had a bathroom. The upstairs room with bunk beds and a queen and king size beds had access to 2 bathrooms to share. The swimming pool was great, though the hot tub was not really hot. But the water was quite warm in both. So no real problem there. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working for the first three days. After several days of unplugging and resetting and having a person come out, the issue was finally resolved on the fourth day. Overall, our family had plenty of room to move around. The kitchen had two islands which made it fantastic for serving everyone. And the large porch was perfect in the evening for a corn hole tournament or just hanging out. Definitely would recommend for a large group or family.

Nice house, needs to be cleaned

This home is really nice and close to the town of Malakoff. It is not hard to find in daylight but maps make it hard to find in the pitch black darkness at nighttime. This is not the owner's fault but some lights or even reflectors at the gate (which appears to have been run into) would help so much. The house is very comfortable with lots of room to spread out but our group was unable to figure out the TV in the living room. The yard was unmowed ( very tall grass, lots of weeds). There are SO many cabinets/drawers in the kitchen and they need to be cleaned out. Just a few basic things like inexpensive melamine bowls and platters for serving are customary in a house renting for this amount. Some positives: there were plenty of towels, plenty of seating, the appliances were functional, and the showers were nice. After this house has a deep clean and some maintenance issues attended to, it will be a nice property for a big group.
