Gather the whole family, including your canine pals (for a small nightly fee), and head to the land of sunshine and shorelines. One dog is also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee. This home comprises two separate homes that can be rented together or individually. Located at the historic site of the Long Key Fishing Camp, this home offers access to world-renowned fishing, especially at the nearby Long Key Viaduct. Both of the living rooms feature beach decor that will make you feel right at home by the ocean. Watch some cable on the flatscreen TV before dozing off for a midday nap, or browse the Internet with the home's WiFi. Twice the kitchens means twice the dishwashers! While you're enjoying a meal with your family at the dining table or outside on the deck, the dishwashers can handle the clean-up. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms total, this home is able to sleep up to eight lucky guests. Two of the bedrooms offer a king and queen bed while the additional bedrooms provide two twin beds. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The water in front of the home is shallow with a channel which enables a boat up to 24 feet in length to reach the dock.Please be aware that when the tide is low the water at the dock is very shallow and a boat may be grounded. Shallow draft boats are recommended. No more than one motorized watercraft, including a jet ski or wave runner, shall be allowed at the unit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Jul 10, 2020 #### Lovely Beach Getaway We loved staying here. We had 4 adults and 3 children with us so we rented both sides of the duplex. The house has everything you will need while visiting. One of the sides of the duplex was very musty when we arrived. We had to open up the windows to air it out the first night. The beach is gorgeous and there is sea grass in the water so that may deter some people. We enjoy snorkeling so the grass wasn’t an issue for us. When snorkeling in front of the house we saw a manatee, barracuda, stingray, sea turtle, and multiple other tropical fish. We fished from the dock and from the fishing bridge which is a short walk from the house. We are so grateful for ability to unplug and enjoy some family time. We are so glad we picked this cottage! Super great for families bc of having 2 private spaces. Loved being able to snorkel and kayak right off the dock!
