Pros: Great location. Staff were helpful. Cons: Hot water tap didn't work most of the time i was there. Shower holder didn't work. Bath tub was filthy. Walls were dirty.

Wonderful location for this older property. No lift so you must carry everything yourself to your room-one or two flights of stairs. We had a room with a broken safe. After 3 complaints to the front staff and no attempt to fix, I gave up. It’s very close to the tube station and wonderful parks.

The hotel is an old, renovated house. It is very clean, quiet and at a great location, but there is no elevator in the hotel, no breakfast and some of the installings (water tap and shower) were loose. Overall I liked it

We had a great stay here! Very cozy and clean rooms in a really safe and nice part of London. Aaron was awesome and the rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful - they even let us store our bags for a few days after we checked out so we could travel light on a quick round trip. Would definitely stay here again!
