unfortunately we had a really bad experience in this hotel the first day. the room door couldn’t be opened after I have left the room for 30 min for the first time. I didn’t appreciate the way the staff has managed the situation. instead of being optimistic and try to find a solution, they were telling me that someone may have entered the room in which my passport and all my personal belongings were in there. at the end, it was just the keys battery system that was uncharged. however, really not professional

Unfortunately, I couldn't go to London at those dates because of an unexpected family matter (funeral of my uncle). I tried contacting Expedia to see if I could postpone my city trip at another date but the answer I received was so rigid and firm that I did not even try to go further in those circumstances. I was however offered to postpone with some charges that were actually more expensive than my original reservation... I don't think I will ever use your website again. Calling more than a week in advance to cancel should be possible at no charges. Even more so if you ask for a reservation to be postponed. In a city like London, I have no doubts that the room would have been re-booked in no time. Hope this feedback will reach you as a very unhappy customer.

Bon hôtel au calme et proche du métro.
Trois nuits passées au hilton kensington. Séjour satisfaisant mais je préfère celui de hyde park. Quelques petits points à améliorer (lit en 140 mais de qualité, ampoules grillées, clim très bruyante, eau pas toujours renouvelée et pas mise au frais). Un très bon point par contre pour le petit déjeuner d'excellente facture et offrant beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petits soins. Quartier calme et métro pas trop loin (5 minutes à pieds). Pas mal de possibilités de restauration aussi vers le centre Westfield à 5 minutes. Dans l'ensemble le séjour fût agréable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre luxe et on nous a donné une chambre standard au 1 et étage .... Après réclamation , nous avons eu une chambre plus grande au 7 ème étage . La salle de bain est minuscule et les toilettes pas séparés ... ce n'est pas la définition d'une suite !!! Le lit n'est pas assez large . Par contre , le linge de lit et de toilette est de bonne qualité .

There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb die Sanitär Einrichtungen nicht mehr gut aussehen. Bei Regen war das Getröpfel sehr laut und hat einen, wenn man ein Leichtschläfer ist, leider wachgehalten. Für ein Hiltonhotel, dass unteranderem 4 Sterne hat, bin ich normalerweise mehr gewohnt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
