Located on the first floor, this flat features two cosy bedrooms equipped with double beds and soft-pink walls. The flat includes one well-appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower enclosure and rainfall shower head. The living area radiates warmth and charm, effortlessly blending classic elegance with modern comfort. Sink into the plush sofa as you enjoy Sky TV or lose yourself in a book from the well-curated home library.  
  
For those working remotely, a stylish desk offers a dedicated workspace. The space is further enriched by a wooden dining table that seats four, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Large bay windows flood the room with natural light, highlighting the sophisticated décor and thoughtfully chosen artwork.  
  
The kitchen is a standout feature of this home, boasting a retro-inspired design with all the modern amenities you need for easy cooking. The checkerboard tiling, shaker-style cabinets, and sleek appliances combine to create a space that’s as functional as it is stylish.  
  
Please note, that while there is a lift to the first floor, there is a short flight of stairs to get to the lift.

Bordered by Bloomsbury, Marylebone, and Soho, Fitzrovia offers a unique blend of residential calm and cosmopolitan energy, making it a desirable destination for visitors and locals.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.  
  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
